Since 1997, WAM Industries, Inc. (WAM) served both the federal and commercial spaces.  WAM has a primary market base in the Southeast United States and supports its customers from multiple locations within Georgia and North Carolina. Our staff has over 100 years of combined experience in the construction industry with over 25 years of commitment to Federal projects.

Our staff has the experience of simultaneously managing multiple projects ranging from small to large in size.  Company personnel play a supportive role in always placing the mission first. This attitude has provided WAM with an exceptionally high record of exceeding customer expectations, with quick response times, project dedication, personal professionalism, and outstanding project performance.

WAM routinely performs a minimum of 25% of the work on construction projects using our own personnel. When specific specialty services are not available within the company, WAM makes it a point to utilize small local area subcontractors. The company also takes a role in refining its subcontractor’s skills and practices to better serve the customer thus, becoming a quality resource for future projects.

WAM’s Teaming partners are some of the region’s largest engineering and construction companies, national business leaders, and accomplished design-build Experts.   

WAM and its Team member firms possess the comprehensive and specialized experience to provide construction and optional design-build services to our clients.  All Team member firms have offices in Georgia.  Team members complement WAM’s breadth of complete construction, program management, and project management services, to form a multi-talented workforce with electrical, mechanical, roofing, horizontal disciplines, testing, civil site work, and A/E services dedicated to providing responsive, cost-effective, and timely services on each project. 

WAM project managers are currently pursuing LEED® certification, however, WAM can overcome this limitation with its teaming relationships that have a substantial commitment to LEED® and Green Building.
